Strategic Advice & Test Fit Analysis

Strategic advice provided to determine the optimal accommodation required. Tasks include liaising with leasing agents, building suitability analysis (occupancy comfort, accessibility, egress and amenity) to determine the appropriateness of shortlisted buildings / floors. Preparation of a functional brief and test fit analysis to determine the most suitable accommodation options, assistance with cost planning and high level programming.
